Fee Structure
Harwood Private Equity receives a management fee from each fund it manages, payable quarterly in advance, equal to 2% per year of total commitments in the funds. In addition, Harwood is entitled to a performance fee of 20% of the Partnership Profits, paid only after investors have received their Preferred Return and their Capital Contributions have been fully repaid.
