5C Investment Partners Advisor provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, and other clients. 5C generally invests in U.S.-domiciled upper middle-market companies through direct originations of first lien debt and, to a lesser extent, second lien debt, unsecured debt, and equity or equity-related investments. The firm identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages investments, and achieves dispositions.
