MDW Capital Management Corp. assists clients in selecting third-party investment advisors to manage their assets. MDWCM creates an investment policy statement for each client and monitors the performance of the client's portfolio. MDWCM does not manage client accounts or recommend individual securities. MDWCM is compensated via a fee share from the advisors to which it directs those clients.
Fee Structure
MDW Capital Management does not directly manage investments. Instead, MDWCM helps clients choose a third-party investment manager. The fees you pay will be determined by the third-party manager you select, and MDWCM will receive a portion of those fees. The total fees charged by both MDWCM and the third-party manager will not exceed 3% of your portfolio per year. Fees are paid quarterly, in advance.
