For separately managed accounts, Gurnee Group consults with clients to determine investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial goals. The firm invests in publicly traded equity securities, including small and micro-capitalization companies. The firm also manages the Gurnee Group Lux Fund, which invests in a long-only, actively managed portfolio of publicly traded small and micro-capitalization equities.
Fee Structure
Gurnee Group charges a quarterly investment advisory fee for separately managed accounts, which can be up to 3% per year of the account's value. The fee is calculated on the first business day of each calendar quarter. All assets in the account are subject to the fee, including cash. Fees are paid within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Gurnee Group does not charge performance-based fees for separately managed accounts.
