Fee Structure
Bullet Ventures Management charges its investors in the venture fund an annual management fee of 2% of committed capital during the first three years, then 1.5% thereafter. They also charge a 20% carried interest fee after the investors receive their original investment back. For example, on a $1 million commitment, an investor will be charged $20,000 per year for 3 years, and then $15,000 annually. Once the investor has received $1 million, the manager is entitled to 20% of every dollar in profit generated after that.
