Fee Structure
Outrunner Capital offers investment management services for an annual fee based on the amount of assets they manage or fixed fees. The fee is negotiated and agreed upon by the client and can be presented as a fee schedule or fixed fee. The annual fee is prorated and charged quarterly, in arrears, based upon the market value of the assets being managed. Alternatively, Outrunner may charge a fixed fee for investment management services, individually negotiated based on factors like portfolio size and services rendered. There is a minimum annual fee of $300,000 and a minimum portfolio value of $50,000,000.
