Fee Structure
Altes Capital charges a percentage of the assets they manage in their private funds. Some clients may also be charged a performance-based fee. The fees and account minimums are negotiable based on factors like size and responsibilities. Portfolio management fees are typically no more than 2% of the assets managed and are paid monthly. Altes imposes a minimum of $10,000,000 for personal accounts and $50,000,000 for institutional accounts (these minimums are negotiable and can be waived at our discretion).
