Fee Structure
Raven Credit Capital Management is paid an investment management fee for each fund, ranging from 1.00% to 1.25% per year. This fee is based on the lower of the cost or fair market value of the fund's assets. The firm may also receive performance-based compensation, ranging from 10% to 20%, subject to hurdle rates between 6% and 8%. The terms and fees for the Senior Loan Fund and Managed Accounts are individually negotiated and may differ from those of other funds.
