Ex Cathedra LLC is an investment management firm that uses mathematical and statistical analysis to create automated trading models. These models invest in publicly traded financial instruments like stocks, bonds, futures, and options. Ex Cathedra generally works with qualified clients and purchasers, allowing them to choose strategies based on their individual needs and risk preferences. All assets are managed with the authority to make trades without asking first.
Ex Cathedra is compensated through asset-based fees and performance-based fees. The management fee ranges from 0.2% to 2% per year, based on the value of your portfolio. These fees are paid monthly, in advance. A performance allocation, if applicable, is payable twice a year and is calculated as a percentage of the net profits in your account over the preceding six-month period. Losses must be fully recovered before Ex Cathedra receives a performance allocation.
