Fee Structure
Blackwater Financial charges up to 2.00% of the value of your portfolio annually for investment management. This fee is determined by the complexity of your financial situation and financial planning needs, and is paid monthly. The minimum engagement fee is $4,900 per household per year, which can be paid as a planning fee, investment management fee, or a combination of both. If Blackwater Financial uses outside managers like Betterment or Altruist, those fees are in addition to Blackwater Financial's fee, but the total will not exceed 3% of assets managed.
