Oceanus Capital Management offers investment management services to individuals, high net worth clients, trusts, estates, small businesses, charitable organizations, and pension/profit sharing plans. Oceanus Capital Management helps clients with investment management, setting financial goals, and identifying financial problems. The firm invests in publicly-traded common equities, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), treasuries and equity options. Some of these investments may include commodities and/or real estate.
Fee Structure
Oceanus Capital Management charges a monthly fee based on the value of your investments. The annual rate depends on the lockup period you choose:
- 36-month lockup: 1.0% per year
- 12-month lockup: 1.5% per year
In addition to the management fee, Oceanus Capital Management also charges an incentive fee based on the annual return:
- 36-month lockup: 10% of the return above 0%
- 12-month lockup: 15% of the return above 0%
These fees are in addition to other fees, such as custodian fees and transaction costs.
