Sone Capital Management manages private investment funds and provides investment advice to a sub-advisory account. Sone's investment approach includes relative value, absolute value, and arbitrage strategies, using both discretionary and systematic methods. Sone does not tailor its advisory services to the particular needs of Clients. Sone may enter into “side letters” or similar agreements with certain Clients that may waive or modify the application of or grant special or more favorable rights with respect to the Offering Documents to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sone Capital Management manages private investment funds. The firm is paid a quarterly management fee equal to 0.375% of the value of each limited partner’s capital account as of the first day of each calendar quarter, a 1.5% annual rate. Sone will also be allocated a yearly performance-based allocations (the “Performance Allocation”), which is compensation that is based on a share of capital gains on, income from, or capital appreciation of the assets of a fund. This performance-based allocation is generally equal to 20% of the net increase allocable to a limited partner’s capital account during such year, subject to a loss carryforward. Investment management fees and performance-based fees or allocations are generally negotiated separately for Sub-Advisory Account.
