Ludus generally does not permit client-specific investment restrictions, but may accommodate them under certain circumstances. Ludus does not offer financial planning services or wrap fee programs.

Ludus Capital offers two fee options for investment advisory services:
- Option A: A fixed 2.0% annual fee based on the value of your portfolio, calculated daily and charged monthly.
- Option B: A fixed 1.5% annual fee based on the value of your portfolio, plus a performance-based incentive fee paid annually if certain conditions are met. This option is only available to qualified clients.
Ludus may modify or waive the management fee at its discretion. Clients are responsible for third-party fees such as custodian and brokerage fees.
