Bustamante & Co. offers two investment management fee structures:
- Long/Short Equity Strategy (Accredited Clients Only): An annual fee of 1% - 2% of assets under management, plus a 20% - 30% performance fee based on capital appreciation. The performance fee is calculated quarterly, with a "high water mark" to ensure clients only pay on net gains.
- Asset Management (Fee-Only): Available to all clients with a minimum investment of $500,000. The fee is up to 2.5% of assets under management, charged monthly in arrears.
Both fee structures are negotiable. Clients may terminate with 30 days' written notice and pay prorated fees for the period up to termination.
