Arc24 Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, like hedge funds, primarily for accredited investors. Arc24 focuses on credit-related securities and financial instruments. Arc24 may tailor advisory services to the individual needs of a client in the event it provides services to separately managed accounts on a case-by-case basis. Arc24 does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Arc24 charges a quarterly management fee to the funds it advises, calculated as a percentage of the fund's net asset value: 1.0% per year for the Founders Class Interest and 1.5% per year for the Standard Class Interest. Arc24 may also receive an incentive allocation (performance-based fee). The Opportunities Fund SMA is not subject to a management fee, but the Firm may be entitled to a performance fee from each limited partner in the Opportunities Fund SMA up to 10% of any excess allocation of net profits and net unrealized profits, to be paid in arrears.
