Erez Asset Management manages investments on a discretionary basis, specifically for pooled investment vehicles intended for sophisticated and institutional investors. Erez focuses on publicly-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and uses activist investment strategies to increase share price. Erez seeks to acquire meaningful stakes in REITs and constructively engages with management to maximize shareholder value. Erez does not generally tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of clients.
Fee Structure
Erez Asset Management manages two types of investment series, each with different fee structures:
- Open-End Hedged Series: Charges a 1.5% management fee and a 15% performance allocation fee.
- Open-End Unhedged Series: Charges a 1.5% management fee and a 20% performance allocation fee over a 7% hurdle.
The management fee is calculated and paid monthly, in advance. The minimum initial investment for either series is $100,000, subject to reduction at the discretion of the General Partner.
