Creek Drive serves as the investment advisor to a private investment fund. Creek Drive seeks to provide investors with excess returns by using core trading philosophies developed through extensive knowledge in special situations of publicly traded companies and statistical arbitrage. The firm has the authority to select which and how many securities and other instruments to buy or sell without consultation with the fund or its investors.
Creek Drive manages a private investment fund and receives a quarterly asset-based management fee calculated as a percentage of each investor’s capital account, generally equal to 2.00% per year. Creek Drive also receives a performance allocation equal to 20% of the net income allocated to each investor for the year, but only to the extent net income allocated to that investor exceeds any cumulative losses that were allocated to that investor for earlier periods and that have not been recovered.
