GQG Private Capital Solutions (PCS) offers investment advisory and administrative services to private funds, pooled investment vehicles, and similar clients. PCS focuses on financing solutions for the private capital industry, including acquiring interests in private capital asset managers. PCS may also offer private equity or private credit strategies. Investment decisions are made for the funds, not the individual investors in those funds.
Fee Structure
GQG Private Capital Solutions (PCS) charges management fees quarterly, in advance. Generally, management fees are 1.75% of aggregate capital commitments until the end of a fund’s commitment period. After the commitment period, the annual management fee is generally 1.50% of invested capital. Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. PCS may provide investment management services to certain "qualified clients" for a performance-based fee.
