Fee Structure
Avathon Capital Management manages investments for private funds, charging a management fee. The management fee is 2.0% per year of aggregate commitments of investors during the investment period. After the investment period, the management fee is 2.0% per year based on the amount of invested capital attributable to each investor. Avathon also receives 20% of the net profits of the funds after investors receive their total capital contributions back, subject to a clawback and preferred return.
