Fee Structure
Fieldview Capital Management provides investment management services to private investment funds. The fees are negotiated with each client and detailed in their investment management agreement. Fieldview generally does not charge a management fee based on a percentage of assets. Instead, Fieldview is entitled to a performance-based fee of the net profits at the end of each performance period, with the ability to earn additional bonus fees. Special payments may also be paid to Fieldview if accrued performance-based fees are less than a certain amount.
