Fee Structure
Ananym Capital Management manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee ranging from 1.00% to 1.50% per year of the fund's net asset value. This fee is calculated and paid in advance each quarter. In addition, Ananym may receive performance-based compensation, also known as an incentive allocation. The incentive allocation varies depending on the fund and share class, ranging from 10.0% to 17.5%. These fees are deducted from the assets of the funds.
