Highline Asset Management manages investments for private funds and charges management fees. These fees are either a flat rate (ranging from $2,500 to $20,000) or a percentage of the assets managed (up to 1% per year). These fees are assessed to the private fund, not directly to the individual investor. Depending on the agreement, Highline may only assess fees for the first five years of a fund's life.
