Fee Structure
ISQ is compensated for investment advisory services through a combination of management fees and incentive-based compensation. Management fees are typically between 0.75% and 1.25% per year of the month-end net asset value. ISQ also receives incentive-based compensation, up to 12.5% of the total return, subject to a hurdle amount and high water mark. For the Tender Offer Fund, ISQ receives a management fee of 1.25% of the fund's total managed assets after a six-month waiver period, and an incentive fee based on pre-incentive fee net investment income returns.
