Gatemore Capital Management LP and its relying advisors, GVP Climate LP and Gatemore Ventures LLP, provide investment advisory services to private investment funds. They manage investments on a discretionary basis, following the investment objectives and strategies outlined in the fund agreements. The advisors do not tailor their advice to individual investors within the funds.
Fee Structure
Gatemore Capital Management LP typically receives a monthly management fee calculated as a percentage of each investor’s capital account, generally between 1% and 2% depending on net asset value. GVP Climate LP and Gatemore Ventures LLP typically receive a management fee on a quarterly basis in advance, calculated on the percentage of each investor’s committed capital account from the initial drawdown date, up to 2.5% depending on net asset value. The advisors also receive a performance-based allocation from the funds.
