Fee Structure
Leon Capital Management advises private investment funds. The annual management fee generally ranges between 0% and 2.75%, calculated monthly or quarterly based on an investor's capital account balance or capital commitment. The firm may also receive a performance or incentive allocation, typically 20% subject to a hurdle or preferred return. Additional fees, including acquisition fees, mortgage service fees, property management fees, and sale leaseback fees, may also apply.
