Fee Structure
Lincoln Energy Holdings manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles (funds). Not all funds pay a management fee. The management fee is either 1% of gross asset value or capital commitments. Some funds charge 2% during the initial investment period, then 1% thereafter. Other funds charge a fixed rate. Lincoln Energy Holdings may waive all or part of the management fee. Funds may also pay for their own fund expenses, organizational expenses, capital expenses, and operating expenses.
