Spruce Street also provides sub-advisory services to a private fund managed by an unaffiliated investment advisor. Spruce Street invests based on each client's investment objectives and guidelines.
Fee Structure
Spruce Street Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, and the fees are detailed in each fund's investment management agreement. The management fee is generally paid at the Feeder Fund level, but may be paid at the level of the Master Fund. Spruce Street can waive, reduce, or calculate the management fee differently for certain investors, including partners, affiliates, and employees.
