Fee Structure
Totus Alpha Management charges both a management fee and a performance-based fee for investment management services. The management fee for pooled funds is up to 1.62% per year of net assets, charged monthly. Performance fees for pooled funds range from 15% to 20% per year and may be subject to a hurdle and high watermark. Management and performance fees for separately managed accounts are individually negotiated.
