Sygnus Capital charges the Funds a management fee of 1.25% to 1.75% per year based on the value of the Fund Investor’s capital commitment or invested capital. The management fee is payable quarterly in advance. Sygnus Capital, or an affiliate, may also be entitled to 20% of profits derived from a Fund’s investments above an investment return hurdle.
