Astra Prime uses a tactical allocation strategy to manage portfolios on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis. Astra Prime may use various securities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs. Astra Prime will tailor its advisory services to its client’s individual needs based on meetings and conversations with the client.
Fee Structure
Astra Prime charges an annual management fee based on the value of your portfolio, paid quarterly. The fee can be up to 2.00% per year, depending on the investment strategy and the size of your account. The fee may be negotiable. Some clients may contract for investment management services on an hourly basis, with a maximum hourly rate of $300. Astra Prime may also receive a performance fee of up to 20% of any gains in the client's account for the calendar year for certain investment strategies.
