Fee Structure
Sengu Capital manages investments for pooled investment funds, charging a management fee. This fee ranges from 1.25% to 1.50% of the fund's net asset value annually, charged monthly. Sengu may, at its discretion, waive or reduce the management fee. Certain share classes are also charged a performance-based fee, ranging up to 17.5-20% of the increase in net asset value attributable to investment performance during a performance period, calculated and payable annually.
