ABF Investment Management, based in Miami and Lima, manages privately offered pooled investment vehicles (private equity funds). Fee Structure
ABF Investment Management receives an asset-based management fee from each fund, generally a fixed percentage of the fund's total committed capital while actively making new investments, and a fixed percentage of the fund's actively invested capital thereafter. The management fee is payable quarterly in advance. ABF is also entitled to receive a carried interest allocation from the funds after certain performance hurdles have been met.
