Fee Structure
Catalyst Group manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, not individual investors. They charge a management fee, typically between 1% and 2% annually, based on each investor's commitment. They also receive carried interest, generally between 15% and 25%, based on the profits earned on each client’s account after invested capital and a preferred return have been distributed to investors.
