Marek Capital Management LP, founded in 2024, provides investment advice to institutional clients through managed accounts and funds. Marek seeks attractive returns through thematic and relative value investing across mortgages, rates, structured credit, corporate credit and related equities. Marek integrates top-down macroeconomic analysis with bottom-up security and credit research to identify investment opportunities. Marek has not yet commenced operations and does not currently manage money for any client.
Fee Structure
Marek Capital Management charges management fees of up to 2% per year of the value of your portfolio. Marek may also receive performance-based compensation of up to 20% of the net realized and unrealized appreciation in the value of the account each year. Management class shares are available to employees and partners, which pay expenses but do not pay management fees or performance allocation.
