The annual fee is negotiable. ICAM also offers a performance-based fee where if the portfolio's performance exceeds a 10% hurdle rate, ICAM will charge 20% of all gains from the first dollar of performance within the last 12-month period, retroactively. Clients who choose the performance-based fee will not be charged the standard management fee.
