Elmind Capital manages investments for private funds and receives asset-based management fees from the Master Fund. There are two classes of investor interests, each subject to a management fee: 1.5% per year for Founders Share Interests and 2.0% per year for Class B Interests, based on the net asset value of each capital account. The management fee is paid quarterly in advance. Elmind Capital may reduce or waive the management fee for certain investors, including employees and affiliates.
