Night Squared provides discretionary investment advisory services based on each private Funds’ investment guidelines. Night Squared has arrangements with Mirabella Financial Services LLP, delegating some investment management and trading authority.
Fee Structure
Night Squared manages investments for privately offered investment funds and charges a management fee. The fee ranges from 1% to 1.5% annually, calculated monthly based on the fund's net asset value. Night Squared may also receive a performance-based fee equal to 15% to 20% of net capital gains, subject to a loss carryforward. Fees may be negotiated or waived for certain investors, including employees and affiliates.
