B.Side Investments (BSI) offers personalized investment management services tailored to individual client goals. BSI can manage your investments for you (discretionary) or provide recommendations that you approve before they're implemented (non-discretionary). BSI considers your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation to develop a suitable investment strategy. BSI may recommend a wide range of securities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs. BSI also offers reporting and company management services.
Fee Structure
B.Side Investments charges a percentage of the value of your investments each year. The annual fee is based on the following schedule:
- $100,000 to $500,000: 1.10% - 1.50%
- $500,000 to $1,000,000: 1.00%
- $1,000,000 to $3,000,000: 0.90%
- $3,000,000 to $5,000,000: 0.80%
- $5,000,000 and above: 0.50% to 0.75%
The minimum annual fee is $5,000 and is negotiable. BSI may also charge a performance fee of up to 20% of net profits for eligible clients. In certain cases, BSI may offer investment advisory services on a fixed-fee basis, ranging from 0.25% up to 1.50%.
