Zenit Wealth Advisors provides investment advice and manages portfolios for individuals, trusts, estates, and businesses. They offer both discretionary (making trades without asking) and non-discretionary (getting your approval first) portfolio management. Zenit Wealth can advise on various investments, including stocks, bonds, and ETFs. They may also recommend sub-advisers to manage parts of your portfolio. Investment advice is tailored to your financial situation and goals.
Zenit Wealth charges a fee based on the value of your portfolio, up to 2.00% per year. They may also charge a performance fee, which is a percentage (up to 20%) of the gains your portfolio makes. The exact fees are negotiable and will be in your agreement. If Zenit Wealth uses sub-advisers, you'll pay their fees separately. The annual management fee is billed monthly or quarterly. You can end the agreement with 30 days' notice and will only be charged for the days Zenit Wealth managed your account.
