Strobe Ventures LP offers advisory services to its clients, which are privately offered pooled investment vehicles. Strobe focuses on early-stage venture capital investments across a diverse range of sectors, including digital assets, cryptocurrencies, commodities, blockchain technology, decentralized platforms, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other cutting-edge technological innovations. Strobe's advisory services consist of identifying and making investments into digital assets and tokens, securities or alternative instruments that are related to or derived from digital assets.
Fee Structure
Strobe Ventures charges a management fee based on a percentage of the assets managed for each client.
- Beginning at the initial closing of the client and until the expiration or termination of the client’s investment period, the fee is 2.0% annually or 0.50% quarterly of aggregate capital commitments.
- Thereafter, until the final liquidation and termination of the client, the fee is 1.75% annually or 0.4375% quarterly of aggregate capital commitments.
Strobe may reduce, waive, or calculate the management fee differently for any investor.
