CC Capital Insurance Advisors manages investments for insurance and reinsurance companies through separately managed accounts. CC Capital has the authority to manage accounts or delegate to sub-advisors. Investment decisions consider each client's risk tolerance, return goals, and legal restrictions. The firm may invest in public and private markets, including direct investments and underlying accounts managed by CC Capital affiliates or third parties.
CC Capital charges a management fee based on a schedule of rates applicable to various asset classes within a client's investment portfolio. The fee is calculated by applying the rate to the net asset value of the investment sleeve consisting of the relevant asset class. For portions of an account managed by sub-advisors, those sub-advisors receive their own fees, which are not duplicative of CC Capital's fees. Clients also pay a services fee for asset management and portfolio support services. The management fee is negotiated with each client.
