HFP works with clients to establish financial goals and values, then creates a plan covering areas like net worth, cash flow, insurance, retirement, college planning, and estate planning. HFP primarily advises on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs. Clients can grant HFP authority to buy and sell securities, either with or without asking first. HFP also offers retirement plan consulting services to employer plan sponsors.
