Fee Structure
Torma Capital is compensated through management fees and incentive fees. Management fees are charged monthly as a percentage of the value of your portfolio. Incentive fees are typically up to 20% of net capital appreciation, subject to high-water marks and sometimes hurdle rates. These are calculated and charged annually or upon redemption of an investor's interest.
