Fee Structure
Solidus Advisors manages investment portfolios for private funds and separately managed accounts. Fees for wealth management may range from 0.75% to 1.5% per year, paid monthly or quarterly, based on the value of the assets in the account. Performance-based fees may also apply. Fees for managing private funds may range from 0.50% to 2.00% per year, paid monthly, quarterly, or periodically, based on the value of the fund. Negotiated fees may differ from the stated ranges. Non-professional clients may be charged both account-level advisory fees and asset management fees by the funds managed by Solidus Advisors.
