Fee Structure
Lincoln Capital Advisers' fees generally include a base fee as established in the client's written agreement. The base fee is computed based on committed capital, remaining invested capital, and/or asset value. The base fee and other fees may be modified, waived, or reduced at the firm's discretion. Clients also bear certain out-of-pocket expenses incurred by LCA. LCA may also receive transaction fees, which may be offset against the base fee in some circumstances.
