Felis Advantage does not tailor its advisory services to individual investors in a fund.
Fee Structure
Felis Advantage manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The firm receives asset-based management fees from the Master Fund. The General Partner may also receive performance-based compensation. Fees applicable to each Feeder Fund are detailed in the Feeder Fund's Offering Documents. Felis Advantage may reduce or waive management fees for certain investors, including employees and affiliates.
