Banorte Ventures Ltd., operating under the trade name BInvesting, is a registered investment advisor that operates exclusively as a robo-advisor platform. BInvesting provides automated investment advisory services to individual retail investors by leveraging third-party investment manager portfolio models within a bundled wrap fee program structure. Clients complete an online Investment Suitability Questionnaire, and a proprietary algorithm recommends a model portfolio composed of exchange-traded funds, such as United States-domiciled exchange-traded funds for domestic clients and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities exchange-traded funds for offshore clients. BInvesting maintains discretionary authority to manage accounts, execute trades, and periodically rebalance portfolios without seeking prior approval for each transaction.
