Maple Park Capital Partners Management, LP provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to private pooled investment vehicles (Funds). Maple Park focuses on investment opportunities in consumer and services businesses in the lower middle-market. The firm does not tailor its investment advice to individual investors in the Funds. Maple Park receives a management fee and performance allocation from Clients.
Fee Structure
Maple Park manages investments for private investment funds and receives compensation through a management fee and a performance-based allocation. The annual management fee is up to 2% of each investor's capital commitments or investment contributions, paid quarterly in advance. Maple Park also receives an incentive allocation equal to a percentage (generally 20%) of the net income allocated to each investor for the year, subject to a preferred return, typically made at the end of each calendar year. This incentive allocation is only charged to qualified clients.
