Fee Structure
Terrapene Capital charges a management fee based on the value of your investments, up to 2% per year, though this rate may be higher or lower for certain investors. These fees are deducted directly from your account monthly in advance. In addition, "qualified clients" may be charged a performance-based fee, ranging from 20% to 30% of profits above a benchmark, payable quarterly. The firm may waive, reduce, or modify these fees for certain investors.
