Torque Asset Management advises private investment funds, the securities of which are offered exclusively to accredited investors and qualified purchasers. Torque manages a family office investment vehicle and will manage another private investment vehicle available to third-party capital. Torque does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor in a fund.
Fee Structure
Torque Asset Management manages private investment funds and charges an investment management fee ranging from 0% to 1.5% per year based on the fund's net asset value. The firm may also receive performance compensation ranging from 0% to 20% of net profits achieved over a high-water mark and hurdle. The firm may waive or modify the management fee or performance compensation for any investor in a fund at its discretion.
